Installed eM Client on another Windows 11 computer, still unable to send emails with @ns.sympatico.ca, Receive emails intermittently.

Configuration/settings checked against old computer and also verified with Bell support.

Installed eM Client on another computer with Windows 10, eM Client sends & receives mail well with customers email.

Spoke with Bell support again, they state “eM Client does not work with Bell on Windows 11”
- Also, Bell advised that Thunderbird “DID” work with Bell and Windows 11.
- I installed Thunderbird on a Windows 11 computer and the email did work fine. Sends & receives well.
