Notification on GMAIL works only for inbox folder but in the RC version notification work for all labels . Bug ?

by design all Notifications for all accounts are to work only for Inbox.
This is not a bug.

Now I have many unread messages in " unread " folder, but Notifications did not come because all the message have label without “inbox” folder
