What errors are you getting ? Can you paste them in this thread and we might then be able to see what’s wrong..
Also if you originally downloaded eM Client directly from the webpage, “there is a much later 10.4.x version” you can update to for PC and Mac via the release history page. https://www.emclient.com/release-history
Note:- If you do update make a backup first via “Menu / Backup” incase you need to restore for any reason and close eM Client before updating. You can see when the backup is complete in Show Operations via the dropdown on the right of Refresh.
