Tried to send email where the attachment was possibly too big. Now EMClient keeps trying to send it but it does not exist so I can’t delete it.

where can I find “Scanned pictures” to remove it or remove it from a queue
You will find the message in the Local Folder Outbox and should delete it. If Local Folders are not visible below your other folders, you can enable them by selecting Menu > Settings > General > Folders > Local Folders. Click on Save & Close to save the setting.
If you want to send attachments that are larger than what your email provider allows, and consider also that the recipient may have a lower size limit, use the Cloud Storage Provider function.
