emclient says We're unable to complete your request Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later.

Can anyone tell me whats going on with my Hotmail account? I keep getting up the following message when I open up emclient saying…

                                We’re unable to complete your request

Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later.

 I have two Hotmail accounts and the first one is fine but the second one isn’t working and I get that message.

Also unlike my first Hotmail account in emclient there doesn’t seem to be a box to put a password in?

I deleted the second Hotmail account in emclient and reinstalled it but this never solved the error message and I still get it popup.

Which version of eM Client are you using?

Did you see this Notice  on the Forum page before you posted or saw the numerous posts about this?

Hi and thanks for the response, I have version 7.2.34666.0    No I didn’t see the notice on the forum page but will have a look.

It is rather strange why one Hotmail account works and not the other.

Like I wrote. I’m at a loss too, but anyway. just install the latest version.
You will most likely get a screen to enter your password for that 2nd account
and maybe even for the 1st account, but after that things should be ok.
