The trash folder in the past synced with hotmail
I dont why it has stopped recently

You can try right-click on the Trash folder and choose Properties > Repair. See if that helps.
But it may be an issue from the recent update. In that case you can uninstall eM Client and then download the previous version from the Release History. When uninstalling eM Client, you will be asked if you want to delete the database directory. If you choose not to delete the database, all your data and settings will be there once you have downgraded.
Already done repair it just clears but the problem is still there
