For the most part, emClient is great. fast, clean UI. However, hit on a major problem. I use Outlook.com extensively. I create folders on the server to store items. On emclient, while the folders are visible on emclient, but the items are not being synched. E.g., I have a folder called “Store” on Outlook.com where I file emails I want to keep. On emclient, I see the “Store” folder, but nothing is showing up in there.

can you check that emails are really in that folder in outlook.com? eM Client downloads things exactly like it receives them from server by design.

I will need your AirSync logs, go to tools - settings - advanced, check AirSync under your account, apply and restart eM Client.
Simulate steps that leads to your issue and after that send logs… to [email protected] together with this topic’s URL in subject.
then you can turn logging off.
