emClient not synching items on folders on Outlook.com

For the most part, emClient is great. fast, clean UI. However, hit on a major problem. I use Outlook.com extensively. I create folders on the server to store items. On emclient, while the folders are visible on emclient, but the items are not being synched. E.g., I have a folder called “Store” on Outlook.com where I file emails I want to keep. On emclient, I see the “Store” folder, but nothing is showing up in there.


I will need 2 things from you:

  1. can you check that emails are really in that folder in outlook.com? eM Client downloads things exactly like it receives them from server by design.

  2. I will need your AirSync logs, go to tools - settings - advanced, check AirSync under your account, apply and restart eM Client.

Simulate steps that leads to your issue and after that send logs… to galis@emclient.com together with this topic’s URL in subject.

then you can turn logging off.
