First of all I like very much the additional keyboard shortcuts intended for old-time Postbox users like me.
Now to business.
I use View > Layout > Messages on the Bottom
Suppose I have an inbox in the top right pane.
I select the first message by clicking on it in the top right pane. Now focus is on this pane. Thus, any scrolling with mouse or keyboard happens in this pane. In the bottom right pane is the message itself.

If I hit the space bar, the message bottom right is scrolled downward.
Is there a keyboard shortcut to scroll UP the message without selecting the message body? -
If I click in the message body, then the space bar, arrow keys and page up/ down work as expected by scrolling through the message body.
Is there a keyboard shortcut to move focus to the message body pane? -
If I click too far to the right in a message body, the focus does not change from the top right pane.
I regard this as a bug. Having to click in the message body means I have to grab the mouse and possibly move the pointer. Having to click in the message body means I have to avoid clicking on links and images because my click is not only used to move focus, but the click is also applied to whatever is under the mouse at the time.
