EmClient freezes after trying to open an attachement.
How can I define applications to open my attachements? There are no apps definded in Tools/Setup/Mail/Attachements and there is no ADD button, I’m unning emClient V6 with Exchange 2010.

Hi, eM Client opens attachment in the default program that is set for the extension of the attachment, that is not a eM client feature, it’s using default programs set up in windows.
Also does the application unfreeze or do you have to force the shutdown of the application?

If you have to force it to close, can you please download and run this tool (http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstackdump.exe) while the application is frozen?
This tools will generate an output file, can you please send it to my email ([email protected]) along with a reference link to this forum topic (URL)?

Also does the application crash?

What version of eM client are you currently using?
