eMClient free on laptop same account on iPhone

My customer has recently contacted me with a eM Client license issue - “this computer cannot be activated due to violation of our license policy…”. I cannot see why this may of happened, she certainly is not using the laptop/email for business. She has had the email address added to her iPhone (not using emClient). Might this be the reason for the violation?

Best is to have the user contact us directly. She would have received an email from us informing her that we were going to cancel the license as she is suspected of violating the license policy. She can reply to that message and following the instructions therein, give some explanation. If she no longer has the email, she can write to [email protected]

But if she is using the application for business, then she needs to either purchase a Pro License, or uninstall the application.
