eMclient fails if useing GMX App on Mobile as well

Dear Community,
I hope you can help me so that the mails in the inbox are not further lost and do not arrive from the Windows client - instead they are deleted from the mailbox of GMX during syncronization.

For syncronization on the Windows client I use IMAP and SMTP (no POP3).

Workflow:

  1. I see an new Mail in the GMX App on my mibile.
  2. the mail is changeed from “new” to “read”
  3. Mailbox synchronization with Windows client started
  4. Mail is deleted in GMX Mailbox and not downloaded the eMClient → Mail lost :thinking:

Any solution known how to use GMX App and the eM Client in parallel without losing mail like in my case ?
