Gentle emclient, a week ago emclient program showed me "error application"and for some reasons I was unable to log into.Now I have reinstalled emclient but I lose all my data.
I have only two accounts but I don’t remember passwords.

Hello, not quite sure if I understand, can you please be a little bit more specific about the current application behaviour? Are you seeing any errors? What kind of errors? Can you make a screenshot of the error or copy the error log for more information and submit it to us here on the forum?
What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? What mail service are you using with eM Client, if you’ve forgot your password you should be able to restore it on your mail service host’s website.
