EmClient doies not recognise credentials

Trying to download and asked for credentials - I am inputting what I know are the right details but client wont let me proceed

Seems strange that your login username is different than your iCloud email address ?

Has that allways been like that and worked previously in eM Client, or is this a brand new setup ?

Also have you tried changing the login username to your icloud.com email address at the top of the box rather than the .org email address ?

If it has logged in ok previously with that .org login username & just all of a sudden stopped working today, could be an actual mailbox problem on the iCloud server end.

Does your mobile login ok with the same .org email account login username & pass details?
