eMclient doesn't work

Hello. We’ve got a problem:

  • we didn’t make any changes of SMTP/IMAP settings
  • we didn’t change passwords of our emails

But we can’t connect to our emails from eMclient http://take.ms/vtvNu

Please, help us understand, what’s the problem?

Hi Alexander, thank you for reporting this, unfortunately I’m unable to transcribe the error submitted on the screenshot as it appears to be in Russian language. Do you think you could switch to the “Log” (Protocol) tab in Operations once the error occurs, copy the content of the log and submit it to us here on the forum for more information?

Also, what mail service are you using with eM Client? What version of eM Client do you currently have installed on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
