emClient has stopped sending emails when send is pressed. There are error messages in the logs. See screenshot. When I press Refresh or Send All the email goes on its way. Why? How can this be fixed?
Presuming you have the correct outgoing smtp mail settings, sometimes external resident programs can interfere with sending mail.
So if you have any eg: optionally installed firewall / security programs or optionally installed antivirus program or vpn “other than what comes default with your OS” then try completely disabling those to test incase of any interference.
If you have no optionally installed programs like the above or you do but disabling made no difference, then update who your sending mail server is and what your smtp mail server address, server port and security policy is so we can then see if there is any obvious errors.
Also update what version of eM Client you are using and if you have Windows or Mac & OS ver
