Hello to eMClient community people!
So I am running eMClient to my vessel servers and my main email program, which is faster and better in my opinion from outlook with the very basic personal subscription.
Now my problem is the incoming messages while the email received has an .eml file inside.
The body in completely off! The characters are like the encoding changed to an unknown format.
As soon as i get the eml into a zip format and open it to read it, all goes well and body is readable.
Any ideas what is going wrong and how to solve this?
Thank you in advance
Dimitris

If you are running the latest eM Client V10 (which I presume you are), the source code of that senders email will then need to be investigated by Support as could possibly be a little bit eg: non standard.
So if you have a paid Pro or Personal version go to the VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket and save that senders email message “also as a .eml file” and attach it to the ticket.
To save the actual message as a .eml file, “right click in the body of the email” and select “Save As” in the dropdown menu that appears.
