Is there a way to reduce the size of the window header by eliminating the title and making the “file” menu the first row?
Today’s computer monitors have limited vertical space and I would like to use as much of it as possible to display real data.

currently not, but we plan something like that for version 7. It is going to be a larger redesign where one of the goals is to save space in this area.
I just updated to ver 6.0 and don’t recall the window header being so big. Do we really need to wait another year before reducing it?
I would also like the ability to display more items in the left side pane. Currently there is no way to change the font or spacing:
