A certain email caused emClient 3.0 to hang when printing. After upgrading to emClient 3.5 it no longer does that, but if you click forward and then try to print it does hang. If I copy and paste the contents of the email into a fresh one it is fine, so I guess emClient is not liking the format (or code) behind the original email.
can you please send us the problematic email to email@example.com with reference to your problem? We will try to simulate and analyze the issue.
It was fixed and should be working all right in next versions.
