emClient 10.4.4209 Windows stopped working Secure Server.net

Stopped on 8 December 2025 between 10:55 UTZ and 11:17 UTZ. Email from mobile still works. My wife’s emClient stopped working about the same period.

Here are my connection settings Email Settings for Secureserver.net - Postbox .

Can you advise how to fix this.
