Emails unexpectedly deleted from POP3 server Version 9.2

Some emails are disappearing from the POP3 server immediately after eMClient has read them, so they do not show up in webmail or on other mobile devices such as iPhone which also connect to the same account. The POP3 settings on eMClient are the standard “leave a copy on the server” and “remove from server” after 7 days. This only occurs for some emails and not consistently for a given domain or sender address (i.e. randomly). I have checked the rules, trash, junk folders, etc., and the emails are nowhere. Is this a known problem with some builds of version 9.2?
