Hello,
Since the last update (eM Client 10.0.3447+d250ce60c4 (Windows)) I have some strange issue.
After 2/3 days, all my emails accounts stop synchronized. I have an authentication error.
I have to fully restart my computer to make the sync works again. Just closing and reopening emclient does not fix the issue.

You do not have the latest version of eMC, an update might help from here:
