Emails sent to yahoo and aol addresses bounce back

emails sent to yahoo and aol addresses bounce back

I get this message in the returned email…
The response from the remote server was:
550 5.7.9 This mail has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated. Yahoo requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM.

Any advice?
TY,
Mark

That’s due to most global mail servers now require those records “in all sending domains”.

So you have to “add those records to your domain” to then be able to send email to Yahoo and AOL. Gmail , Microsoft and other servers also require that now.

Contact your Mail server domain technical support for assistance to get that done.

Or if you own the domain and do the technical side of things, the following CloudFlare page “also explains how to set it up” for a domain.

Cloudfare.com have a good explanation below

https://www.cloudflare.com/en-au/learning/email-security/dmarc-dkim-spf/

“What are DMARC, DKIM, and SPF?
DMARC, DKIM, and SPF are three email authentication methods. Together, they help prevent spammers, phishers, and other unauthorized parties from sending emails on behalf of a domain* they do not own”.

Thank you for your reply.
Cloudfare.com has great explanations, but doesn’t allow me or point me in the right area to solve this issue at all. I could not find the “CloudFlare page “also explains how to set it up” for a domain.” as you mentioned above.
I know this really isn’t an EmClient issue, so I try my Google Workspace account help desk. Good Luck to me!
