emails not showing in my contact list

about 3 to 4 weeks ago ALL my emails disappeared before my eyes. A few hours later they seemed to be coming back but I still have a whole 2 weeks missing mid to end of October. Since this happened- in my CONTACTS list no conversations are any longer showing- only the actual email I have send out, NO RESPONSES ARE THERE this is very worrying. All was ok before. All the boxes are ticked for showing full conversations. Can any one help please.

If this a IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account and “all your missing messages are showing in your webmail / server end ok”, then “right click on either your Account Inbox” or (All Mail if it’s a Gmail account) and then “click Properties” at the bottom. Next click the "Repair tab"along the top and click “Repair”.

That clears the local cache in eM Client and resyncs with the server end. Your messages will then normally all reappear but just initially be slower to reread till they are fully cached again.

If the missing messages still don’t appear, then you might need to go to “Menu / Accounts” and remove and readd your account.

Or alternatively if you have been making regular eM Client backups, you could restore a recent dated backup when you know the emails were all there via “Menu / File / Restore”. Any new emails since the restore point will update then when eM Client syncs.
