Emails not going from the Android mobile app

emails are not going from my android mobile app.
desktop is working fine.

have uninstalled and reinstalled everything but still the same.

have configured multiple accounts, but no account is working for sending emails.
though everything is fine with incoming mails

Go to th Droid “Menu / Settings / Show Operations” and click the “Log tab” and look for any obvious error messages and paste them in this thread. Blank out anything personal.

I have got two email accounts configured on the mobile app.
Everything is working fine on emclient desktop app.

one of the account is personal gmail account and another is google workspace account.

as advised attaching the log screenshot.

please help on this.

P.S.: I had selected auto-settings at the time of the set-up.

Though there might be some issues, and again have un-installed and re-installed the mobile app and did the settings all over again, but with the same result.

It was working pretty fine few weeks ago,.

Ok for Gmail accounts there is some strange connection error logs. eg: There is connection errors referencing Xrbait Mails IMAP and Xrbait Mails SMTP Connecting: To Xrbait Mails failed etc , Also in your logs Manish CCPL Mails [IMAP] MailClient.Accounts.ConnectionException: Failed opening connection to server etc

Are you running on your Android mobile any eg: optionally installed Firewall / Security program or optionally installed Antivirus program or VPN’s ? other than the basic Android stock OS.

If you are, suggest to completely disable those to test and then close and reopen the eM Client Droid mobile app and see if that makes any difference.

If your not running any optionally installed Droid programs like the above, then “check if you have the correct eM Client Gmail SMTP and IMAP Android mobile app settings”.

These are eM Client Droid Gmail Settings below to use to receive and send mail on either mobile data or wifi. I personally use a OS 14 mobile phone and sends & receives fine.

I checked and could see that VPS was active.

As you suggested, deactivated the VPS and one account (personal one) was quick to send message and the other account (the Google Workspace account) still could not send the message.

What could be the issue, now?

If the Google Workspace account wont send mail on the Android app but the personal Gmail account will with the same SMTP settings and your VPN disabled, then try removing and re-adding the Google Workspace account again “using the Manual Setup” and select “Gmail”.

As there was a Google Workspace user recently who had a eg: domain name setup outside of Google and wouldn’t work via the automatic setup, but when they used the manual setup and selected Gmail that setup and sent and received ok. So might also work for you.

Or failing that, when you add the Google Workspace account in the mobile droid app “choose the Import via QR Code” “under the manual setup” and then follow the prompts in the mobile app to import your existing Google Workspace account from eM Client for desktop.

Lastly if neither the automatic or manual setup or import via qr code works for sending mail using your Google Workspace account, then you might need to try adding that again in the new mobile app update. From what i’ve read on the forum today there is a new droid app update due soon.

Yes, that worked.

I did manual settings, entered everything the same that was there earlier as well, and this time it worked.

Test mails went in a jiffy.
