Emails not displaying properly

I have emails which are not displaying correctly. They are HTML emails which display the background images but not the text.

The sender has been whitelisted to accept images from them.

The account settings have downloaded all emails and all attachments for offline use.

The account is fully in-sync.

Yet all I see is the background image and the headline (which is an image it seems) but no text.

What is going wrong?

Hi, can you maybe export one of the messages into a .eml file and send it to my email ([email protected]), what version of eM client are you currently using?
