Emails not being sent as of 15-8-21

emclient has been installed and working correctly for a few years since 15th aug i’ve not been able to send any emails. i’ve checked account settings = ok, and diagnose button returns an email ok. i get 2 error messages one says "[SMTP]Cannot send message (Email body not accepted due to the following reason:
"We’re sorry, but we can’t send your email. Either the subject matter, a link, or an attachment potentially contains
spam, or phishing or malware. Please check or edit your message and try sending it again. (6-1-3-2) ID (5ED9C2FD40EC882C)
“)” there’s nothing in the emails that should stop them, infact i’ve sent a completely blank email subject and body, it won’t go. the second error message i’ve deleted so can’t be precise but had something about not being able to contact server…
the problem seemed to coincide with a windows update??

The SMTP error will be your mail server generated - you need to contact your ISP to resolve this.
