emails not appearing in sent items

Hi, for some reason my sent emails are not appearing in my sent items folder using version 7.1.30794.0, any ideas anyone ?  I’ve tried the obvious thing suggested in the older forum conversations.

What did you try so far?

They could be in another Sent folder. There could be a Rule to delete them. Sometimes a server does not save sent items (like shaw.ca I think is one) so you need to create a Rule to force the save.
