Emails not appearing in inbox

My computer recently crashed, after I had installed emClient free version. I get a new computer and install emClient again. After I activate the software with this same license code, after the 30 day free trial period, one of my email accounts is dysfunctional. It does not receive email any longer. It appears to be checking the server, and it says that it is downloading emails, but then nothing appears in my inbox. I am correlating this to my software license activation because it happened on the same day. It has now been 2 days, and I have yet to get an email from this important account. It is my main account.

Should I deactivate this license and try to get another free activation to see if that fixes the problem?

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Teah

I believe that the free license of eM Client is indeed tied to a specific computer.

If you want to use eM Client on 2 computers, you will need to use 2 licenses.

On the other hand: you mention that only 1 of your e-mail accounts isn’t working anymore.

How many e-mail accounts have you setup? The free version of eM Client supports maximum 2 e-mail accounts.

Hi,
exactly as Hans mentioned, eM Client license is tied to one computer only, however if you’ve stopped using your old computer the license should be working on the new computer.
Free license of eM Client only supports 2 email accounts after the 30day trial period, so if you’re using more accounts than that you’d have to purchase eM Client PRO.
