Emails keep reloading 3 or 4 times after deleting them

My emails keep reloading 3 or 4 (or more) times after deleting them. Very frustrating.

Go online to your webmail and see if the same thing is happening incase is a mailbox server problem. If its doing the same thing online, then contact your mailbox server support for assistance.

However, if its ok online, then could be you might have some sort of eg: local program possible installed interfering with eM Client when you are deleting emails like an eg: Optional Antivirus scanning program or Optional Firewall / Security program. So if you have any of those optionally installed, try completely disabling those to test.

Other than that, you might just need to repair the specific mail folder where you can for most mail account folders, “right click” on the folder you are having trouble with and then click “Properties” at the bottom. Then click the “Repair” tab at the top and finally click “Repair”. This can take a little time to do as eM Client has to rebuild the local cache on that folder.

Lastly if none of the above works, suggest to next backup eM Client via “Menu / Backup” and then once backed up, go to “Menu / Accounts” and remove and re-add your mail account as might then be some local mail database problem.

Note:- You can see when the backup is complete via “Menu / Operations”.
