This is difficult because i am trying to help a user remotely. She says her mails keep suddenly disappearing and a new mail form appears, while the old one goes into drafts. My assumption was that she was hitting ctrl-N or similar, but having tried that on my own laptop, that does not work within a mail, only from the main menu. Can anyone advise? I thought I disabled her control key totally (within windows) last time I was there, but it is obviously still happening. Is it another function key? As I cannot personally visit for a month I’d be grateful for anyone who can advise.
