I have seen and read other solutions in this forum to this problem but none of the solutions work for me. I have no rules so that cant be the problem. My server does not send them to junk. I’ve gone to my xfinity server email and they are not in junk. I still get the same emails in my old Thunderbird email which I have been getting from these same people for years with no problem. EmClient does not alwasys send them to junk but lately it has begun again. All of the senders have gmail accounts but I get other gmail without problem. When I get them in junk, I move them to my Inbox. I thought this had worked until they started ending up in junk again.

Ok as those emails are not going to the Junkmail folder in Infinity online and are staying in your Inbox online, then you must have either a custom rule setup locally within eM Client or possibly added those senders to the blacklist in eM Client causing them to go to the Junkmail folder.
Sounds like you have a POP account being you only see those senders emails in the eM Client Junkmail folder and not online in your mailbox.
So go to “Menu / Rules” (Pc) or “Menu / Tools / Rules” (Mac) and you can dblclick the rules in there to look / view inside them including the blacklist up to V9. You could even eg: disable all the rules in there to test if it’s a rule causing it.
If you have eM Client V10 the blacklist is via “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Mail / Blacklist”
I did find the gmail domain as blacklisted so I deleted it. Hope that does it. Thanks.
