emails from automated systems do not arrive in my inbox

When request systems to send me emails, such as password resets, online background checks etc, they do not arrive in my inbox. Other mails arrive perfectly fine. Some systems work fine, others say they are sending, but I do not ever receive. These emails are NOT going to my junk folder - they just never arrive. Any ideas?

If you login to your email account using the web interface for your provider, are the messages there?

If they aren’t then there is no way eM Client can display them. :wink:
