A few days ago, I encountered an issue for the very first time (I’ve been using eM Client for years).
Regardless of the folder - Inbox, Sent or Trash - emails are displayed only as plain text instead of HTML.
This is particularly frustrating for new emails arriving in the inbox, as they often appear incorrectly or with missing content.
To fix it, I need to run a “Repair” on the affected folder and wait a few seconds until everything looks fine again.
However, the problem reappears once the next email arrives, when switching folders, restarting the app or rebooting Windows.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a solution?
For reference, this problem does not occur on my mobile devices (Apple Mail, Outlook) or on my work laptop (Outlook) which makes me assume that this issue is related to eM Client software.
