Emails Disappear

Since updating to latest version, all new emails show up, and then disappear. The only way to get them back is to run the diagnostics.

Any solutions out there?

Seems to be a common problem -check the topic

There does not appear to be a sort at the moment.I had the same problem and uninstalled 6 and went back to version 5.

Hi, if this is 6th version issue confirm it and I will merge this topic with RC thread.

Anyway if you are still having this issue send me your IMAP logs, go to tools - settings - advanced, check IMAP under your account, apply and restart eM Client.

Simulate steps that leads to your issue and after that send logs… to [email protected] together with this topic’s URL in subject.

then you can turn logging off.
