It appears that the question has been asked before but not answered. I have two imap accounts and emails “disappear” … they are not moved to spam nor trash … they just disappear from the inbox.

If you have eM Client V10, then if the missing IMAP account messages are not in the spam or trash folder, then either they are in “another Category Inbox tab”, or they could have been “moved to other Account Folders”.

Thanks: I just had the exact same problem and unchecking “Categories” allowed the disappearing emails to reappear.
I’d never had this problem before but just changed my PC so reinstalled eMClient - it must have defaulted to Categories being enabled.
