Emaileinrichtung 1und1 smtp Fehler

Hallo,

ich habe mir gerade die Testversion des Softmaker Office-Paketes heruntergeladen.

Bisher bin ich begeistert, nur leider kann ich den eM-Client nicht nutzen, da ich meine 1und1 Emailadressen nicht als IMAP-Konto einrichten kann.
Obwohl ich die richtigen Eingaben mache kommt immer die Fehlermeldung: SMTP Der Server antwortet nicht.

Von 1und1 habe ich folgende Daten bekommen:

Posteingangsserver: imap.1und1.de
Port für SSL:  993
(Alternativ: TLS/STARTTLS:  143)

Postausgangsserver: smtp.1und1.de
Port für SSL: 465
TLS/STARTTLS: 587 (alternativ 25)

Ich habe es im Postausgangsserver sowohl mit den Einstellungen Port 465 und Port 587 probiert und habe auch schon alle Einstellungen für die Sicherheitsrichtlinie durchprobiert…

Wenn ich das 1und1 - Emailkonto nicht mit abfragen kann, muss ich das tolle Programm leider wieder deinstallieren.

Ich hoffe also auf Hilfe für mein Problem!  :wink:

Hi Heiko, if you’re using eM Client for SoftMaker you have to contact SoftMaker support in order to resolve this issue.
However you should be able to setup 1und1 accounts with ease.

Hi Paul, yes I am using eM Client for SoftMaker.
But I already have a solution!
The automatic Setup doesn’t work proper…
I installed the Mail Konto manually and it is working fine…
