email won't load

Can’t get into my emails!!!

I have had this program for 6 months why am I getting …“your free trial expires in 5 days”  MY license is good until Jan 2015!!!  WE HAVE A FIRE IN THE CANYON AND I NEED TO READ MY ALERTS!!!

Hi Jenifer, please open your application and go to Help > License, and check if your license is active. If not please use your activation key and activate the product.
When the application is downloaded there’s a 30day free trial, when the initial 30 days run out, or the free license is activated in the meantime, you are not able to use the demo/trial again.

Please activate your application.

I did that Paul…a few days ago…thanks.  I have had this email client for approx 5 months…no need to reply
