email timeout

Have searched for a solution to adjust the server time out time. I have noted that 2 years ago the Emclient position was that this was not adjustable, even though other clients offer this option. The problem was attributed to security software, this does not make sense in that the problem only exists for emails when attachments are large or internet speed is slow.
It was stated that the time out duration should be sufficient, in that case. What is the time out value?
Why does emclient  not offer this option?

eM Client does not offer the option to change the time-out settings, and with most servers it is not a problem.

What email provider are you using Davmax?

If you have a Pro License, please open a support ticket with eM Client Inc. and they will be able to assist you further. It may be that they can change the way the application deals with your specific server in future releases.
