Email threading in a conversation

We’re now six months into the acquisition of Postbox by emClient. I was initially hesitant, but eventually bought a personal license with lifetime upgrades, hoping I could transition away from Postbox and fully adopt emClient.

Unfortunately, that still hasn’t happened.

In the meantime, I’ve tested at least ten other email apps—and to my surprise, not a single one handles email threading as well as Postbox did. It’s as if properly threading conversations is some kind of rocket science. Honestly, Postbox deserves an award for getting it right.

How are we supposed to stay productive—especially when, in my case, around 90% of work communication happens via email—if we can’t even reliably follow who said what, when, on a given subject?

I’m not a former Postbox user but I also believe that email threading in a conversation doesn’t work in eM Client.

It seems, that only the subject title is used to identify threads instead of the mail ID. I got an email with coincidentally same subject title and eM Client shows me all of this messages :frowning:
Please fix this!

One more strange thing is sorting of such emails in folder. This emails are sorted to first answer but not the last one at least in trash.
