eMail text garbled

When I receive eMail from a Support site (Protonic) it’s quite often garbled - unreadable. All other eMail is OK. It seems obvious but is there a possibility that this problem is eM Clients ?

Hello Pete, it’s possible however if other messages are being displayed correctly, I believe this might be an issue with the message formatting, can you please send me an example of the garbled message to my work mail, mcgregor@emclient.com with a reference link to this forum topic and the invalid message as an attachment?

You can use the forward as attachment option included in the application, right click the message and select the option in dropdown.
