Email template wizard doesn't save input

Just got eM Client and tried to set up template and signature for email.  Signature saved, but nothing about template saved.  Not background color, font family, size, or font color.  It all reverts to default Times Roman 12 point.  No changes ever show in Preview.  When I click on Help menu and Get Support I get an error message that the web address can’t be opened.

Hi George, not completely sure what you’re referring to, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? Can you please check what version of .NET framework you have installed on your computer in the control panel under the list of installed programs? 

Please make sure all your system components are up to date, as I’m unfortunately unable to replicate the described issue using the current eM Client release.
