Email Signature

my Signature was created in word then copy and paste into signature settings all looks fine. When I go to start a new mail and insert signature the row spacing seems to be off its like the line spacing has doubled.

is there something obvious i’m missing

Please do not create signatures this way. The formatting Word produces is very chaotic and causes problems either on your or on the recipient’s side. all will be fine if you create the signature completely in eMClient.
