Email replies and forwards missing original content

Email replies and forwards are missing the original content. For example when replying to any email, the message content from the sender does not show below. The reply (or forward) email is completely blank.

The option in settings to include it is set properly. I tried changing the settings back and forth to trigger it…no change. Re-installing doesn’t help. I am using the latest version on Windows 10. Does anyone else have this problem? This makes eM Client unusuable completely.

An update in case it helps others: I uninstalled it, and removed all folder locations for eM Client under the AppData folder for the Windows user profile. I re-installed it, and restored from a backup of settings. Then, it began working again. I assume the installation or a temp file became corrupted. It happened on two different computers. So, I will monitor it to see if it occurs again.
