Have tried an older and the new version of eMClient but issue continues - “Email recipient not accepted by the server” - My web provider has tried a few things to no resolution, reset modem, deleted and re-added email account. What to do please? All outgoing emails say the same thing.

It means you have sent an email, but your email provider does not like the email address you sent it to.
Probably it has an error, like a dot after the .com or something similar. You will need to delete the message which you will find in the Local Folder Outbox. If Local Folders are not visible below your other folders, you can enable them by selecting Menu > Settings > General > Folders > Local Folders. Click on Save & Close to save the setting.
No - It’s to all recipients regardless of the email address. Very odd.
I even downgraded the program and re-installed.
If your email provider is rejecting everyone you send to, you should contact them for assistance.
