I’m on em client 10.4.4209, and I just updated to macOS 26.2. Now every email is formatted bizarrely when printed (as shown in the print preview), even though all messages display correctly. This happens regardless of whether or not I use the system print dialog or em client’s. No other software is having print issues under 26.2.
It seems that (at least) version 10.4.4209 has a compatibility issue with macOS 26.2, because I’ve never had print problems with em client before.
Yes this is something that has changed in the Mac OS 26.2 that has affected eM Client and eM Client is already investigating that and looking at a workaround as per @Michal_Burger post below in the following thread.
I can confirm the problem with the wrong formatted pdf-output.

Oh God thank you for the update and this thread! I was going banana’s trying to figure out why everything else on my Mac (yes, latest Mac OS 26 installed a several days ago) would print out fine but eMClient print preview and printout went to jumbo font size with a carriage return for every text space it seemed. All fixed now and my sanity level is going back to normal!
