Email notifications settings not saved

Hi,
I have eM Client 9.1.2109 with different email accounts.
I want to turn off all notifications for a singular account.
I go to settings, Notifications, choose the account, disable all notifications for incoming mail, click Apply, click Save & Close.
The settings are applied, but if I close eM Client and open it again the settings are reverted to previous status and I have to change them again.
