email formatting issue

Hi,

I am evaluating before buying a few licenses to replace our office’s current email client. We have quite a few users here using Outlook, so I need to make sure there won’t be any issue before going ahead.

Below email was sent by Outlook. On the right is Outlook 2016. On the left is eM Client ver 7.0. The email was sent by an user composed in Outlook 2003.

I looked around and can’t find any way to change the encoding or anything potentially related. Any idea? Compatibility issue? It is seem as plain text in eM Client…

This is from eM Client
