Email compose: Duplicates of accounts listed under Send button

In a compose email under the Send button drop down arrow I see my [email protected] listed twice. Once with a Gmail icon and once with an Apple logo icon. Why? 

Go to Menu > Tools > Accounts and see if you have setup two accounts with the same email address. Or maybe you have added an alias to one account that has the same email address as the other account.

No, it is not duplicated there. 

And why in the world would a gmail account have an Apple logo anyway. 

Remove both accounts from eM Client, then start again.

Did that. After adding both accounts again I have email@gmail with a Gmail logo and with an Apple logo. Two instances.

If you have setup both accounts again using the automatic email wizard then those different logos sound like they have come from your remote mail cloud servers.

I would login to both accounts online “via your browser webmail” and see if these accounts have those same logos attached when composing messages / emails.
