Suddenly, while in the midst of reading emails, the email body disappeared. Looked through previous posts about this problem in years past and tried suggested solutions: disallowed conversation view, rebooted, etc. In the middle of the hour or so painfully trying different things, I got a message about new update and was hopeful that would clear up the problem. Now, it added the from address to previous subject only line but still no body. I have run out of ideas and believe the ball is now in eMClient’s court. Please help!
Can you right-click on the folder and choose Properties > Repair. If the account is a Gmail or Gsuite account, right-click on All Mail and choose Properties > Repair.
See if that makes any difference.
Otherwise, if the account is setup as IMAP or Exchange, you can remove the account from eM Client, then add it again. Before removing accounts, always make a backup using Menu > Backup.
