12 email accounts just disappeared over night after app update
If you go to Menu > General > Profiles, do you have more than one listed?
I found out why. Under the settings/storage menu/ main database directory reverted to the default location on the C:\ drive. I had moved the location to my X:\Drive. Even after I update/apply/save&close the file/folder location, once I quit the program and return. The directory reverts to the default location. How can I fix this issue!
Is X Drive an internal drive or external drive or cloud drive ?
